Grievance Redressal
This page is published in compliance with Rule 3(2) and Rule 5(9) of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021 and Section 8(10) of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. It tells you how to reach our Grievance Officer, what to include in a complaint, and the timelines we follow.

24-hour acknowledgement
We acknowledge every grievance within 24 hours of receipt by sending a ticket reference to the email you contact us from.
15-day resolution
We resolve standard grievances within 15 days. Complex matters (e.g. PAN disputes, multi-party fraud reviews) may take up to 30 days.
Escalation
If you remain dissatisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India (for privacy grievances) or the appropriate appellate authority under the IT Rules, 2021.
How to file a grievance
Email admin@savekarr.com with the subject line "Grievance — <short topic>" and include:
- your name and the account email you use on SaveKarr;
- the date and nature of the issue (account, listing, payment, privacy, content takedown, etc.);
- relevant URLs, listing IDs, dispute IDs, or membership IDs;
- screenshots or any other supporting evidence (please do not paste OTPs, passwords, or full card numbers);
- the outcome you are seeking.
What this channel handles
- Privacy / data-rights requests under the DPDP Act, 2023 (access, correction, erasure, withdrawal of consent, nomination).
- Reports of unlawful content or listings on SaveKarr (see the notice & takedown procedure in our Terms of Service).
- Intellectual property infringement notices.
- Unresolved disputes between hosts and members that have already passed through our internal Dispute Resolution flow.
- Allegations of harassment, fraud, impersonation, or other policy violations.
- Compliance questions regarding our marketplace and coordination platform.
SaveKarr is a marketplace and coordination platform for shared access, unused value exchange, and cost-sharing between users. SaveKarr is operated by Shree Origin Ventures and is not a bank, NBFC, broker, lender, escrow agent, or financial advisor.
