Zero tolerance for fraud
SaveKarr applies a zero-tolerance policy on fraud, impersonation, harassment, and circumvention of platform fees. Suspensions are recorded on the account for transparency to future hosts and members; severity is shown without exposing personal details.
Strike framework
- First minor violation — warning + trust-score deduction.
- Second violation — 7-day suspension; active listings paused.
- Third violation, or any major violation — permanent ban + forfeiture of pending payouts.
Examples of major violations
- Selling pirated, prohibited, or non-transferable content.
- Phishing or social-engineering attempts on other users.
- Repeated bad-faith disputes or refund abuse.
- Coordinated rating manipulation.
Appeals
Suspended users may appeal once via admin@savekarr.com. We respond within 5 business days. Decisions on permanent bans are final.
