Marketplace Terms
Our role
SaveKarr is a marketplace and coordination platform for shared access, unused value exchange, and cost-sharing between users. SaveKarr is operated by Shree Origin Ventures. We connect hosts who have unused capacity on their own family, household, or team plans with members who want to share those plans, in line with the underlying service's own multi-member rules. We do not own, distribute, or resell third-party services, and we never take custody of third-party login credentials. We are not a bank, NBFC, broker, lender, escrow agent, payment system operator, or financial guarantor.
Eligibility & accuracy
Hosts warrant that:
- The underlying service's terms permit multi-member access for the plan they're listing (e.g. family/household for OTT, team/org for SaaS).
- The description, slot count, price, and house rules in the listing are accurate.
- They retain full control of their own account credentials and will never share OTPs, passwords, or single-use codes with members.
Members understand that joining a listing is a coordination arrangement with the host, not a purchase from SaveKarr. The platform fee covers coordination, dispute mediation, and trust infrastructure only.
Fees & commission
SaveKarr charges a platform commission on each settled membership payment, snapshotted at listing creation. The current default rates per host tier are:
- Free Host: 5% platform fee · up to 2 active listings
- Pro Host: 5% platform fee · up to 10 active listings · ₹299/month
- Power Host: 5% platform fee · up to 50 active listings · ₹799/month
The commission rate effective at listing creation is locked for the life of that listing; future rate changes will only apply to new listings.
Dispute coverage
Every membership is dispute-eligible for the first 14 days after activation. Members file disputes from My Memberships; SaveKarr admins mediate within 24–48 hours and may reverse payment under our Refund Policy.
Prohibited use
- Listing services whose terms forbid sharing (e.g. single-user licenses).
- Sharing or requesting third-party credentials, OTPs, UPI PINs, or single-use codes inside or outside SaveKarr chats.
- Impersonating other users, hosts, or SaveKarr staff.
- Circumventing platform fees through off-platform payments.
- Harassment, discrimination, or coordinated abuse of any kind.
Account suspension & termination
SaveKarr reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice. Suspended hosts have all active listings paused automatically, and members retain access to existing memberships through the end of the paid period.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SaveKarr's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the platform fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. SaveKarr is not a party to the underlying service relationship and is not liable for service outages, plan changes, or actions taken by the underlying service provider.
Changes
We will notify you in-app and by email at least 14 days before any material change to these terms. Continued use of SaveKarr after that period constitutes acceptance.
