Dispute-coverage refunds

SaveKarr offers a 14-day dispute window on every paid membership. If your host fails to deliver access, misrepresents the listing, or violates our Community Guidelines during that window, you may request a full refund of the platform-collected amount via the dispute flow on My Memberships.

How refunds are processed

  • Approved disputes refund to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–10 business days.
  • Partial refunds are issued pro-rata for the unused portion of the period when only some access was disrupted.
  • SaveKarr's platform commission is refundable on full-refund disputes; the host's payout is reversed accordingly.

Automatic refunds

If SaveKarr moderation suspends a host or closes a listing for policy violations, members on active memberships are refunded pro-rata for the unused period without needing to file a dispute.

Refund abuse

Refund requests are reviewed manually. Patterns of bad-faith refund requests (e.g. accessing the service throughout the dispute window and then claiming non-delivery) impact your trust score and may result in account suspension.

No refunds after 14 days

Once the dispute window closes, refunds are at our sole discretion and only granted in cases of demonstrable platform fault. For ongoing memberships, you can cancel at any time to avoid future renewals.
