What 'trust' means on SaveKarr
Our product is trust. Every host has a public trust score (0–100) built from a 4-step verification ladder, completed memberships, member ratings, and a clean-record bonus when there are no open disputes.
The verification ladder
- Email verified — required for account recovery and dispute communication.
- Phone verified — secondary trust layer for mediation contact.
- PAN verified — manually reviewed by SaveKarr admins; required for higher payout caps and Trusted Seller eligibility.
- Trusted Seller badge — granted by SaveKarr admins to hosts with a clean record, consistent ratings, and verified identity.
What we will never ask for
SaveKarr will never ask for OTPs, UPI PINs, or third-party account passwords. Any message inside or outside SaveKarr asking for these is a scam — report it via Contact. We never read your private chats; admins only see message context when you explicitly include it in a dispute.
Moderation & enforcement
SaveKarr admins moderate flagged listings, resolve disputes, suspend bad actors, and reverse payments where coverage applies. We never transfer money directly between members and hosts — every membership runs through Razorpay with a dispute window before host payout is released.
Reporting abuse
Found a listing that violates our policies, or experiencing harassment? Open a dispute on the membership (if applicable) or email admin@savekarr.com. Severe safety issues are escalated to a 24-hour on-call admin.
